I had blown a breaker and it wasn't resetting. I called East Bay Electric. A half hour later Roger returned my call. I explained the situation to him. He then told me what I needed to do and how to do it. He gave me very detailed instructions and got me back in service! And, he did this over the phone! I can't praise Roger enough. He's very thoughtful and conscientious . I highly recommend East Bay Electric.

I can't recommend Roger and his crew highly enough. We bought a fixer-upper last year and have hired Roger for two jobs so far -- hooking up our hot tub and our electric clothes dryer. In each case, we got great work done at a good price. On each job, Roger came out for complimentary pre-work visits to answer questions and help us figure out the most practical and cost-effective way to proceed. He never tried to upsell more expensive upgrades to our system, though he could have easily done that. Roger is just a good guy who really knows his stuff and provides great service. We'll definitely hire him for future projects.

I need to give Roger credit for helping out on an electrical problem personally. It was just a couple days before Christmas, and long story short, I ended up causing one of our circuit breakers to trip several times before it finally gave out. I called around to a few electricians, and while many were helpful, most were busy and couldn't come by until the following week. But Roger called me back shortly after I left a message, we talked things out over the phone and I sent him some photos and video showing what the problem was. He warned he was light on tools, but he'd give it the old college try with a breaker he already had in possession. He came out immediately, and 15 minutes later the breaker was replaced and things were working again. It was expensive, but not overly expensive, and Roger didn't charge me an emergency fee or cost of the new breaker itself. I felt he was very, very fair. Many thanks to Roger. Great updates and communication, and most importantly great skills in fixing things for us, so we could have a nice holiday. We'll call him again for future electrical needs.

He recommended the most economical but efficient solutions to my rewiring project. Seemed to really know his stuff for the work on our older apartment building.
